Label C - Statement of Intent

 

For my posters, I will make sure that it complies with all rules set by the ASA Exam Board. This means it will not contain and harmful and hurtful content that may hate on a person or any content to harm a persons reputation. I will not add any content that does display nudity or graphic content to keep the content in my poster within the age range that is accepted. I also will not contain any violence of any kind as the age range is for all ages, therefore will be in children’s viewing and needed to make acceptable.

 

For the show to be successful with audiences, I will have to use characters which will be the leading stars of the show/ the focus of the show. This makes sure that the viewers get a clear understanding right off the bat. I will also need to represent the person in a positive manor. This is because my show will be about a young boy who explores the world to find new footballing opportunities and wants to explore new countries. I want to also express the idea of footballing and history in the same show, focusing on both the travelling side and the footballing side. I will want to also use background images which I have taken myself whether it is abroad or in the UK.

 

The show will appeal to target any age as its audience, and feature all ages as I will want to include each age group as any age group is my target audience. I will want to advertise this through the use of posters. The primary targret audience are fans that enjoy football or people that are interested in travelling the world. This is because the primary focus on the documentary is football and travelling which essentially focuses on the audience that shows interest in these subject(s). I will also want to add a tag line which says “Travel, Play, Football” which essentially covers every aspect of the documentary and keeps within the age guidelines for my documentary.
